By joining this Consent and submitting their data on the web portal https://armrepublic.global/ (hereinafter – the “Website”), the visitor of the Website (hereinafter – the “User”), acting freely, by their own will and in their own interest, provides their consent to the owner of the Website (hereinafter – the “Operator”) for the processing of personal data:
specifically, for any actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed by the Operator with or without the use of automation tools, as provided for by the Law of the Republic of Armenia of 18.05.2015 No. HO-49-N “On Protection of Personal Data,” including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction, transfer (distribution, provision, access) of such personal data to third parties, subject to the measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of this Consent.
By continuing to use the Website, the User provides consent to the Operator for the processing of their personal data, namely:
● personal information provided by the User independently when registering (creating an account), filling out forms, or subscribing to newsletters;
● any personal information which the User voluntarily leaves on the Website;
● data automatically transmitted to the Website services during use through the software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other software used to access the Website services), technical characteristics of equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the services, and other similar information.
The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User. The Operator receives personal data directly from the User.
1. The User hereby:
1.1 Confirms that all data they submit in the web-form fields belongs to them personally.
1.2 Consents that, for the purposes specified below, the Operator, in accordance with the legislation of Armenia, may entrust certain actions related to personal data to third parties, provided that such parties undertake to ensure the security and non-disclosure of personal data during processing. These third parties shall be entitled to perform actions (operations) with the User’s personal data similar to those the Operator is entitled to perform.
1.3 Provides consent to the Operator for the transfer of their personal data to third parties for the purpose of providing and delivering services (fulfilling agreements and contracts with the User).
1.4 Agrees to receive informational newsletters and notifications about Website news via e-mail.
2. Purposes of Processing Users’ Personal Information
2.1 The Website collects and stores only the personal information required to provide its services or to fulfil agreements and contracts with the User, except for cases where the law requires mandatory storage of personal information for a specific period.
2.2 The purposes of collecting and processing Users’ personal data include:
● identifying the User registered on the Website;
● registering Users to provide access to personalized Website resources;
● providing the User access to personalized Website resources;
● offering effective technical support in case of issues related to Website use;
● development, promotion, and quality control of the Operator’s services and enhancement of user experience;
● maintaining communication with the data subject, including submitting notifications, messages, requests, and information related to Website use, processing User requests and orders;
● using cookies to generate statistical reports and standard web server logs to count visitors and assess Website technical capabilities;
● sending the User informational and/or promotional messages about the Operator’s services, activities, as well as goods or services of the Operator’s partners and third parties;
● providing the data subject with information about the Operator’s services and development of new products and services;
● conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data and generating statistical reports.
3. The Operator undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unlawful access or disclosure.
User personal information remains confidential, except in cases where the User voluntarily makes such information publicly available to an unlimited number of persons.
4. The User agrees that this Consent and the personal data provided for the purposes described herein may be processed using automation tools, including in information and telecommunications networks.
5. This Consent enters into force at the moment the User confirms their consent to the processing of personal data by ticking the checkbox next to the text of this Consent in the Website interface and remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is revoked.
6. The User may revoke their consent at any time by sending an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature to the email address: administration@armrepublic.global, in accordance with Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of 18.05.2015 No. HO-49-N “On Protection of Personal Data.” In this case, the provision of services and access to the Website may be terminated.
In case of submitting an official request to the Operator, the text must include:
● last name and first name of the personal data subject;
● number of the identity document of the personal data subject, date of issue, and issuing authority;
● information confirming the existence of a relationship between the personal data subject and the Operator (email address, contract, or other document);
● signature of the personal data subject.
7. The User is informed that the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the User’s consent in cases provided for by applicable law.
8. The Operator has the right, at any time and unilaterally, to amend this Consent by publishing an updated version on its Website. The current version specifies the date of the last update. The new version enters into force from the moment it is published, unless otherwise specified in the updated version.
