The First Public Channel broadcasting the great misunderstanding named Petros Ghazaryan is an excellent indicator of the depth of the swamp the country is in. Recently, a “political analyst” from the “opposition” was invited there for a big interview. The very fact that the “opposition” was invited and, more importantly, agreed to accept the invitation at the moment of the “great national counter-revolution” speaks volumes. Imagine that the British television channel BBC would exist during the Anglo-American War and on the eve of the strategically important Battle of Saratoga, the BBC’s chief propagandist had been requested by the King George III to invite Benjamin Franklin – George Washington’s advisor and consultant – for an interview. Or that the newspaper of King Louis XVI kindly had given the opportunity to “speak up” to Maximilian Robespierre who gathered supporters under the slogan “death to the King”. But come on, in Armenia, as Pashinyan admitted, “true democracy” reigns and anything is literally possible there. The host Ghazaryan, who in due time masterfully exchanged one feudal lord for another (Tsarukyan for Pashinyan) nonchalantly stated that the territories of Azerbaijan (appeared under Bolshevik Russia) and Turkey (well, you know) were seized by the King Tigranes the Great. There is nothing to be surprised about, because stinky mud is a natural habitat for pigs who believe that their grunting is a source of profound philosophy.
